Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Introduction
At QubitBots, we are committed to delivering high-quality IT services to our clients. Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once a project or service has been initiated. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
2. No Refund Policy
Non-Refundable Services
All services provided by QubitBots, including but not limited to web application development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, API management, IoT solutions, big data services, managed cloud solutions, and enterprise mobility, are non-refundable. This policy applies to all fees paid in advance, including deposits and milestone payments.
Reasoning
Our services involve significant planning, resource allocation, and time investment. Once work begins, we commit our team and resources to the project, making it impossible to issue refunds.
3. Cancellation Policy
No Cancellations After Project Initiation
Once a project or service agreement has been signed and work has commenced, cancellations are not permitted. This includes any changes in scope, deliverables, or project timelines that may arise during the course of the engagement.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing all necessary information, materials, and feedback required to complete the project. Delays or lack of communication from the client’s side do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refunds.
4. Exceptions
While our general policy is to not offer refunds or cancellations, exceptions may be made in the following rare circumstances:
- Failure to Deliver: If QubitBots is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to unforeseen circumstances or internal issues, a partial refund may be considered based on the work completed up to that point.
- Mutual Agreement: In exceptional cases, where both QubitBots and the Client agree to terminate the service agreement before the commencement of work, a partial refund may be issued, deducting any administrative or preparatory costs incurred by QubitBots.
5. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute regarding the quality or delivery of services, QubitBots is committed to working with the Client to resolve the issue amicably. However, disputes do not entitle the Client to a refund or cancellation of services.
Mediation and Arbitration
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to submit the matter to mediation or arbitration as a means of resolving the issue without resorting to legal action.
